Roger is a member of the senior faculty at Henley Management College, where he uses his economic specialism to teach, consult and design tailored programmes for clients such as Greenalls, PowerGen, Harrisons and Crosfield, Lloyds TSB Group and The Economist. He brings an impressive insight into the complex world of economics.

Roger Lockwood’s career rose to prominence when he was appointed by Sir Michael Edwardes in 1980 to turn around a British Leyland subsidiary.  He’s chaired VC backed start-up businesses in television and advertising and currently Hydro International plc (£15m mkt cap on AIM) and Rotork plc (£1,000m mkt cap on FTSE). He finds time to also run his own private company Colston Engineering.

Lisa designs and delivers Leadership, Management and Personal Effectiveness workshops and coaches business leaders.  She is a director of the Talent Pool which provides a 12 month individually tailored development programme aimed at retaining and developing the talented employees an organisation just can’t afford to lose.  Lisa left her role as head of training for Somerfield Stores Ltd in 2002 to set up her own training consultancy business.
