Many leaders’ personal plans come second to those of their business. The Recess is your opportunity to focus on your personal plan, to be accountable to your peers for keeping a balance, and to nurture your future for those closest to you.
Spend two days each year in the wonderfully scenic Welsh countryside sharing your plans together and getting input from your peers. Just as importantly enjoy eating, walking and having fun together. It’s a not-to-be-missed combination of serious planning, warm camaraderie, and light-hearted fun!
